DeleteWe feel so lucky that we were introduced to Agung. Our landlord in Bali recommended him to us, and for the full year that we stayed there, Agung was our first contact for assistance, as well as driving. Agung really stands out as a positive, helpful and responsible friendly person. He takes his business seriously, and he is a devoted family man and respected member of his village. Our mother is traveling to Bali alone soon for the first time, and Agung will pick her up from the airport and be her number one contact and driver: and so we know she will be in good hands. A few times we called on Agung to help us understand local culture or other issues we got stuck in; he is always willing to help and is a quick call or email away. Agung is a really safe driver, and with his background in hospitality, he is super courteous and great with client care. His spoken English is well about average for Bali drivers and the best we had. ReplyDeleteAgung was referred to us by a friend in Melbourne. We were not disappointed. Agung is a safe and careful driver, knew all the places to go to and even accompanied us to the monkey forest to keep the monkeys at bay. We were lucky as we are invited to his home and met his family and experienced a little if the balinese way of life. His recommendations regarding places to visit, eat and relax at were spot on. We felt safe at all times with him, his car was spotless and he was always on time. Our bali experience was definitely enhanced having someone like him around. We would strongly recommend him to anyone visiting Bali. We wish him and his family all the best and will use him if we return. Gaterana pun api agung!
